What about a sandbox mode then... some way to try out your new equipment and not having to risk it in battle without ever having used it.

-Merge the standing screen with the reward screen at the end of a match -Sometimes playing as the triage I have to spam the R1 button to get a revive, also sometimes the bodies fall underground making it even harder to get the "press R1 to revive"...

I was playing last night and then three things happened all at once, the enemy MCC died, I got shot and my health went to zero (but I didn't collapse), and I one hit killed another player with my militia sniper rifle. Then the loading screen start...
